Depeche Mode for sure. A great execution using FF Yokkmokk & FF Yakkmakk. The typeface feels right on for the sound produced by this band. It could really lend itself to the recent (2 years old?) remix albums.

All the work was inspiring, hope FontShop will continue to provide contests like this.

I thought the best were Depeche Mode, Velvet Underground, Mr Scruff, Radiohead, Kollectiv, Amon and Digitalism. I chose the Depeche Mode / Violator as the best overall - love the use of lettering and I feel the font suits the band and this album cover well. In fact, I think this redesign is better than the original!
